Splash Pad

The Splash Pad at Peay Park opened for the 2020 season on June 22 with social distancing guidelines. Click here for the official social distancing guidelines for the splash pad.

The season was extended through the month of September under a modified schedule (Friday-Sunday, 10:00am-6:00pm)

The splash pad features a series of water cannons, floor geysers, water buckets, spray loops, a water tunnel, aquadome, and seating integrated within the pad outside of the water’s reach.

The Splash Pad at Peay Park is located at 200 Memorial Drive and is open to the public. Admission is free.

Splash Pad Rules for Use

Hours of Operation:  7 Days a Week, 11:00am to 7:00pm (Season is from Memorial Day-Labor Day)

Splash Pad Closures due to Inclement Weather

Large groups (more than 10) such as childcares and camps may be booked (May-July) Monday through Friday, with arrivals beginning at 9:30am and departures no later than 11:00am. The times were set in place to ensure the general public is allowed adequate time to use the facility. A ratio of one adult chaperone for every ten children is required. Request forms are required all groups and must be submitted by May 1, 2020 to be considered. A limited number of groups are allowed each day so that the splash pad remains enjoyable for groups.
